Egg Noodles Recipe

Mom’s cooking beef today! Nothing goes better with a beef stew than egg noodles. So here it is ! Make everyone on the dining table slurp and fill their bellies with beef and egg noodles as we all know nothing can beat that taste !

Ingredients :Egg-Noodles-Adukkala
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter

Method :
Mix flour , salt , eggs , milk and butter together. Knead until smooth.
– Marinate for 10 minutes.
– Roll the batter out onto a flat surface. Cut into desired length and width.
– Boil pasta and once pasta is half ready add the batter to it and mix well.
– Cook until ready.
Voila ! You’re done.
Egg Noodles go best with beef stew for me ! Whenever you have guests over egg noodles would never fail you !

My Tip :
Allow air drying the batter before cooking. I.e. after step 4.
